- Generate Sitemap for your website using this link
- Sign in to your Google Webmaster Tools using your Gmail ID or Google account ID. If you do not have one, you can Sign up for the new one. It is free.
- After your Google account created, Sign in to Webmaster Tools, Add your website and verify it.
- In the Dashboard page of your added website's account, You can see "Sitemaps" under "Site Configuration" in the left side of the page (below Dashboard link)
- Click "Sitemaps"
- In the Sitemaps page, Click the button "Submit a Sitemap"
- Place the sitemap in your website directory and Enter the Sitemap's name with the extension (for ex.: sitemap.xml). Use atom .xml for the Blogs created using www.blogger.com
- You can see the status of the added sitemap in the bottom right portion of the Dasboard page.
